Eligible Returns
- Items damaged during shipping (must provide photo evidence of damage).
- Leaking snow globes (must be reported within 1 month of purchase).
Return & Replacement Process
- Customers must contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a return.
- To initiate a return, please email lustrelair@outlook.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.
- After approved, the damaged item must be shipped back to us before a replacement is issued.
- Once the return is received and inspected, an exact replacement will be shipped within 10-14 business days.
No Refunds
